Services for Supported Living

Our Supported Living Programs support adults with intellectual disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful connection within the community.

Some adults receive support in their own homes through Supported Independent Living.

This may include help with managing a household, building budgeting skills, preparing meals, organizing daily routines, and strengthening confidence in everyday decision making. Support is personalized and shaped around each person’s goals and pace.

Others participate in our Community Program, which focuses on connection, participation, and shared experiences. Participants take part in local activities, community events, and group opportunities that build friendships, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging.

For some adults, support may include both home-based skill development and community participation. For others, only one area of support may be the right fit.

In every case, we focus on building on each person’s strengths and supporting meaningful independence in ways that feel respectful and sustainable.
