General Counselling

General counselling is available to any members of the public who need help with challenges in their lives. Our counsellors include social workers and counsellors who are registered with their respective professional body. Our staff have training and experience with multiple counselling modalities and help clients resolve issues, problems and conflict. Fees are based on annual household income. Employee and Family Assistance Programs or insurance benefits may cover the cost of services.

Family Violence Outreach

We provide prevention, intervention and therapeutic support services to victims of violence and those at risk of violence. Support is provided in the form of counselling, safety planning, advocacy, referral, and group presentation and workshops.
